A PAMS Diplomate who has been an active member of good standing for the past two years. He or she should be Holder of Medical Specialist (MS) Qualifying Examination Diploma from the Department of Health, a graduate of an accredited DOH Residency Training Program, a PMA member in good standing, a Filipino Citizen or as determined by the Board of Trustees.

An individual who may or may not be a Doctor of Medicine but whose contribution in the field of medicine is of great significance. Consequently, he or she has contributed so much in the success of the Philippine Academy of Medical Specialists. He or she is not obliged to pay his/her annual dues. An Honorary Fellow does not have voting privileges, and cannot be elected to the Board of Trustees.
